Dr. Cindy Harnett
Associate professor of electrical and computer engineering
Dr. Cindy Harnett is an associate professor in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Louisville. Her lab creates multimaterial sensors and actuators with applications in microfluidics, robotics, biotechnology and environmental research.
Before joining the university, she worked at Sandia National Laboratories (CA) and conducted her postdoc/Ph.D. work in the Applied and Engineering Physics program at Cornell University. Harnett earned her undergraduate degree in physics from Harvey Mudd College and her Ph.D in applied and engineering physics from Cornell University.
